Amy brings over 15 years of M&A and strategic advisory experience, having held senior roles in both leading advisory firms and corporate environments, including PwC, Rothschild & Co, and JLA.
She has led and supported transactions ranging from £1 million to over £1 billion, covering acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and IPOs, with a particular focus on the Industrials and Business Services sectors. Amy’s combined advisory and in-house experience means she is well equipped to work closely with business owners and management teams, understanding the complexities of pursuing value creation and strategic objectives alongside the day-to-day realities of running a business.
