About Bill

Bill Eastwood is an experienced corporate finance advisor, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 40 years of experience. He has served as Chairman or CEO of four listed companies and led Eastwood Anglo Corporate Finance for more than 25 years, advising on a wide range of UK and international transactions.

Bill has deep sector expertise in agri-business, food, engineering, filtration, textiles, and financial services. He combines operational insight with clear execution, having led and advised on numerous buyouts, growth investments, and complex transactions — both as a principal and an advisor. Clients value his strategic judgement, hands-on experience, and ability to get deals done.

He studied Biochemistry at Oxford University receiving an MA, and as a postgraduate at Aachen Technical University, and has an MBA from INSEAD. Bill is fluent in French and German and an Associate of the Securities Institute.

Outside of work, Bill is a keen horseman with ongoing interests in racing, shooting, and forestry. He also serves as a Church Warden and Chairman of his parish council.
